Twilight princess help

Okay, im stuck, and im pretty sure the answer is obvious im just over looking it.

After the 2nd dungeon (gorons mountain) im stuck in the 3rd twilight. All i need is two more tears of light, i cant find out out to go from the Zora place or the lake to hyrule castle or where i need to go for the last 2 tears, the map shows one in the castle and the other i cant see on the map. Ill worry about that after i get to the castle...

Anyone help? thats all i need to know.

thats my problem... how do i get there... that one bridge is out so i cant teleport where i first go to to enter the twilight and from the zora place at the top theres a boulder thats obviously used to blow up ith a bomb, im a wolf so no bombs for me.

Edit: never mind im stupid, i found my own answer, never thought about taking the river from zoras place, i thought it would take me straight to the lake like the first time
