Turbo Levels

Well the idea is:

You pressed one time turbo. Then lets say you double tap turbo and your turbo goes level 2. It will drain more energy but it gives ya more power. After you reached turbo level 2 if you tap 3 times turbo you get turbo level 3. If you tap one time turbo disappears.

We can notice somethin like this in dbz 109 when vegeta is dreaming

It's practically the same concept, boosting pl, except it's been implemented differently to what you are suggesting.

It seems a little too easy to "boost" your powerlevel with your idea. Like Grega said, the turbo in 1.3 is going to be increased by charging it, like an attack. The more you charge it, the higher power level boost youll gain when you release the turbo key.
