Maybe it's because the map looks like it's from 1.2.3, check the spot left from Trunk's head.

Well I can't find the words to describe it, but something about this picture seems wrong.

Hmmm maybe the team put that picture with the intention to see IF someone will notice.

But I might be wrong in both cases.

On the grass, it's a sprite for when the rain drops hit the ground.

And on Trunks Head, well it's the same effect, a rain drop on his head.
