To be honest, IDK if DT put the fixed weights in-game on this form yet or not. Either way you cant tell from the static Idle pose anyway, not in motion enough here to show much. Also, Vertex Bone Weights really just smooth out the model deformation. Which not much to smooth in this screen.
Most of the Visual Details like the lines on his arms/legs are "enhanced" from the skin using Normal Maps to A certain Degree. While I didn't go crazy with them, I did it enough to visually show a difference in-game while maintaining an anime-ish look. Makes the char look pretty nice over all.
