Do you know those people? Because babies with down syndrome usually look a lot different. Could be me being wrong though, I am, apparently unlike you, not a doctor and I did not run any tests on that baby to verify my observation. They just do look different.

Again, I am no expert, and for all I know, you are completely right.

Since two people close to me got kids now, and I basically get bombarded by pics, I'd say it's just a weird face expression.
Hell, even my nephew made a "lol, wut?" face on one pic, and even made the "metal handsign" on one.
