Who is Elohim, Jahova, and Yahweh. How did we get these names? Jesus called the Father, Abba. God told Moses to call Him, I AM. Where did we get these names?

Chris,
This is perhaps an overly simplified answer to your question, but no one knows God's name. The Israelites believed that to be so bold as to speak His name meant certain death and so they used discriptive words.
When Moses ask God his name he simply told Moses that "I Am" the Hebrew word for I AM is YHWH (Yahweh), I believe that Jehovah is also derived from this meaning, but I am uncertain of that. Most of the Old Testament used the word Eloa of which Elohim is a derivative to mean Deity or just as we do, God. In the New Testament Jesus called God "Abba", which would translate to english as Daddy or Papa, to give us a sense of His Fatherly love.
Thus all the names you asked about came from scripture and describe God.
Hope this clears it up a little for you.

This is interesting, IHVH (YHVH Yahweh)(I am) is called the tetragramation it is the four letter sacred name of god (considered very sacred) Kabbalistic theory says that this word contains all the secrets of the universe and creation. (an interesting side note is that the name of jesus in the bible is Yehoshua (hebrew IHShVH Shin (Sh) symbolises spirit, this spirit). Jehovah was a mistranslation in the king james bible but it stuck. Abba is Aramaic, meening my father or the father.
I think thats all right, dont take my word as gospal though
