when i have played for 40 min all the sound just disappear

Do you get any error message when it happens? check Console perhaps when it occurs.
Or are you doing anything specific in the game when the sound disappears?

Nope just play and no error messages or messages at all but i can still keep playing

Could be your sound card starting to mess up

nope it work on all the other games its just esf 1.2.3 with big back and the real 1.2.3 sound that's disappearing

What sound card are you using? Are the drivers for your sound card up-to-date?

I think there's a command to reset the sound. Not sure if that's only in Source. I can't remember what it is.

Ehh where can you check the soundcard on the computer
