now, im not a massive football fan. and i cant say all my hopes and dreams were dashed when wayne rooney injured himself before the world cup...

however, after watching the FA cup final on sunday, and being reminded of the awsome tallent of some of the england squad, i cant help but think "who's rooney?"

we have a lot of class players, who have brilliant skills to offer. so lets use them. namely gerrard, who, can put the ball in the net from ****ing ANYWHERE...
seriously, sometimes you wont even know hes there, the ball is looking to go into an empty space, and all of a sudden, BAM hes there, and its thundered past the keeper.

if he can pull off some of his magic, like the 90th minute equaliser from 26 yards out against west ham. then we at least stand a chance in the world cup.
