The math involved with ESF?

What kind of acronyms are used to determine damage from melee....supposing a guy with 1.5 mil power hits a guy with 55000 power, how is the damage levels determined? And how does turbo affect how you both deal and receive less damage? And what kind of equations are used to determine beam damage? How does ESF distinguish the difference of damage depending on your power level and the power level of the guy who receives the damage?

Can someone clarify?

I think damage is calculated the same way beams are.

It has its own multiplyer. Than it gets the PL diference as an addition.

And turbo only affects the PL that is put into the equasion. Nothing more.
