heres my model and I really REALLY! want to know something. well first give me some feedback, second when i make a model should i make like vegeta's suit jut out or trunks jacket or should i just do that with the skin? I would really really! like to know please tell me.

the problem is though like my arms have 4 side other people have arms with 6 sides. how do i do that?

Looks good for one of your first models, but you shouldn't make the sides of your models flat, you need to make them come out to a point, or else your model will look square. another thing you say u are having problems make your arms 6 sides, well you can't relaly make a arm with 6 sides with a prefab shape, you will need to do this poly by poly. That is because you are using milkshape.
