You're missing the point. It's black satire because it's coming from a black person...if he did the other stereotypes it would just be for the sake of doing them.

What I'm saying is you probably like Carlos Mencia, don't you?

I think I get what you're trying to say Eon. Carlos Mencia's humor is considered Mexican stereotyping because he steals all of his jokes and Mexicans steal everything. Right?

That adds to the effect, not causes it . I'm sure Chakra-X would be able to write something of similar calibre on a good number of topics.

I'm not a fan of Carlos Mencia, I prefer my satire political and original.

Magus is mostly right, if I did a satire on white, Asian, Hispanic, etc. stereotypes, it could be seen as noble, but it just looks weird having someone outside the race criticize, regardless of how socially conscious it is. I have a personal disdain for the current black image in America and what it takes to be considered a "real" black person, so this holds more weight than a white guy concerned with the black community.

Also, I probably should have killed Captain Ignant in the end, so the statement would not be open to sequels and that when you uphold *****-like values, you die. As long as people are laughing for the right reasons and understanding the message, it's all good, and not just "lol ghetto black people are stupid", because that's what happened to the Chapelle Show.
