It's even guessing famous dutch people, like it's nothing.

It guessed Lady from DMC3.

Although I did raise an eyebrow when it asked my if my character was shaved.

EDIT: It couldn't guess Edward Carnby either, it guess Leon S. Kennedy.

I'm beating this game lol.

...I said "Yes" to a question asking whether or not the character had magic powers, so I don't get how it ended up guessing Batman

Well he guesses everything i toss at him at about a 60% ratio at question 20 round 80% at question 30 and round 90% at question 40.

It guessed L from Death Note, not very impressive, it probably has some system full of different anime characters and personalities.

It depends, at least in part, on how many people have tried to get it to guess the same thing as you did. From what I gather, Death Note is very popular, thus L is very popular. As a result, there have probably been quite a few people trying to get the site to guess "L from Death Note" and have helped it refine its search by looking for answers that are typical of people trying to get that response.

It's like the fact that characters from The Simpsons are clearly thought of often, as more than a few of the cartoon characters I thought of caused the site to ask if they had "yellow skin"
