the could not load library problem again...

I click on the game to play and it shows the could not load library ect. bug, i tried downloading that thingamajig but it didn't work, i need help

Did you put it in the right directory? It's not going to solve anything if all you do is download it.
Put it in your Half-Life directory. If you use WON it'll be \Sierra\Half-Life\, and on Steam it'll be \Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\[email protected]\Half-Life\.

Hey.. About this Fatal error thing. I own the game, I installed it to the right location, but everytime I go to launch the game, the Half-Life background comes up saying: could not load library d:\valve\steam\steamapps\STEAMUSERNAME\half-life\esf\cl_dlls\client.dll

Does anyone have any ideas or actually know what to do???! Please help.
