The Code for Profile

I have experience with forums and how the codes work. Bold, Italic, Underline, Size, Font, Color, I know all of that. But I don't know how to do that highlighted font. Can someone please inform me on this, assistance would be appreciated.

Also, I did check the uV code in the profile, and found no answer.
