Not much to say about it except the randomness and you already stated that.
Keep them coming, the idea dosent seem bad, and perhaps you can get more decent C&C with non-test ones.

Sounds like a scene from "Over There" (a show about the war in Iraq). I like the first pic with the guy sitting on the bench. Hes so..dead.

@VeGeTTo : Maybe I might make a small sequel to this one, but I didn't save the scene, so I have to remake it :O.

@Rayna : I think I have a story planned out, though it may be cliched, it'll be interesting to pose ^^.

@Zeonix: He's old so he needs to sleep xD.

edit: Forgot to add, I can't use normal HL2 maps, use bloom or colormod with Garry's Mod since the last Steam update, so I am forced to use custom ones. Until Valve fixes the update, don't expect much.
