We got a year until it's released, they might change a lot of things from now until then. Shredder died in the second movie anyway.

And the 3rd movie sucked. A movie on its own with a different storyline would've sufficed, a whole "where are they now" on ninja turtles just sounds retarded.

I take it they go on adventures to teh grocery store to retrieve metamucil.

Well if it's a continuation of the old movies I guess it makes sense but honestly I'd have guessed it was more of a reimagining on the first movie since it has a totally different look.

Besides we all know what happens when the Turtles fight someone other than Shredder. Part 3 showed it beyond a doubt.
