My mothers boyfriend is searching for a certain tattoo of a cartoon devil with flames coming from beneath him and born to raise hell above him.

Any help would be appreciated.

Found out the tattoo is by A guy named Evil Don Flash.

Much obliged tass, now a unusual request, it isn't a way around the price it is just we don't want all of the tattoo's, but if we have to we will buy the whole sheet.

Meh... my google skills fail me. The guy's full name is Don Seneker. He has a shop in St. Petersburg, FL if you live around there. Nickname is Evil Don. He doesn't seem to have a website, and all tattoo websites I looked at didn't have any of his designs, with the exception of KingPin.

I'll keep trying though...
