Yeah, we can have news on it from something like Ars Technica, but we can't have a link to a site that has warez, cracks and hacks on it. Not only goes against the TOS but it gives DHS a reason to actually attempt a shutdown of this site just for having a path to those items on it. New laws are rediculous.

Interesting article to say the least, is a pretty huge infrastructure type change though, I don't know how likely it is to gain momentum.
