Swooping Backwards

I might have an idea for advanced melee, but thats besides the topic at hand. Anyways,swooping backwards shouldn't work/be ever in.Think about it.Seriously think about it.Name one way you could use this move in actual battle with a reduced speed cost?Tell me and I will give you an anwser why it won't work.
