You can see where the face came from.

I pasted it on from my old superbuu. I was too lazy to find new references.

I didn't do this with a ref. so I figured it's out of proportion.

I think what he means is the head tentacle doesn't have a bulge at the end and is too rigid. Maybe 'Intenia' means 'Antenna'. I'd say definatley stretch the neck.
