How can we improve the power to transform into ssj or other transformation?

There's a little green bar above your Ki and PL bar. You increase your power and fill that bar by fighting and killing enemies. When your PL is high enough and the green bar is full, you can transform by pressing your Ascend key. I don't know what key that is for you, so look it up in your key configuration.

How do you ascend? Press 'z' (by default) when you've reached your character's PL requirement. Read the manual if you haven't already.

I wanna know how to increase the cf bar

The CF bar is just a ratio of your current PL to the PL your character requires to ascend. Raise your PL and it grows with it.

Hit people with melee, blash them with beams. Just hurt them and you get PL (powerlevel)

The more PL you have the more CF bar you have. When a certain PL is reached teh CF bar is full.
