sumthing went wrong with milkshape

when i download milkshape and i never used it before
i tryed to make the incredble fighting candyand when i save it.it tells me this

Did you install it and then let it sit on your computer without using it for 30 days?
lol, thats what I did. Once it is installed and 30 days pass, the only way to save your work is register.
If you plan on modeling, register it. It's only 25$, and it's worth it.

It is worth it very much. But if your really expirienced, use 3DS Max.
