Subtitle Programs?

what iam wondering is if someone know a good program to make/and put in your own subtitles with?

Asked before but i only got tips on program that runs subtitles not programs you can make subtitles with...if anyone know of such a program plz tell me :cry:

You mean make custom subtitles for movies?

I think they are watermarks rather than subtitles... If your talking about how some Naruto episodes you will see a subtitle which the encorder left which had nothing to do with the episode. I am trying to do a search though I am having no luck...

I thought there was something out there where you could make a text file and use it as subtitles...
