SteamCMD (Wont download HL1) Windows Server Problem

Hey Guys


I have a problem every time i download SteamCMD and put into console app_update 90 validate -beta beta it downloads fine but it wont install Half-Life 1 instead it installs Counter-Strike 1.6 and its getting really annoying has anyone ran into this problem? if so is there a way to fix it? as i want to get my ESF servers up.

If someone can walk me threw to get this fixed it be great!

HL should actually be there, just that the GUI version of HLDS doesn't display it for some reason (I think it's like that for everyone).
Run the server the console way:

1. Make a batch file (hlds.bat) in the same folder as hlds.exe
2. Right click on it → Edit
3. Write this
   
   start "HLDS" /HIGH hlds.exe -console -game valve +hostname "Server Name" +map bounce +sv_lan 0 +maxplayers 24 -port 27015 +rcon_password "jhjkl"
   (there are more commands, but I put these ones to perfectly reflect the original HLDS GUI.
4. Save and run hlds.bat.
