Steam ESF 1.2.3 Server Problem

Trex tried doing this with me for the last two days it will not work on linux based servers
so again i say the above options are what you have

because valve screwed up so using Steam cmd it will always say your server is out of date please update it will never do it right. if you need buy a new server and have the game company apply it with valves new binaries

system= the binaries for the servers meaning that our servers are outdated and steam cmd cannot properly update them you just have to get a new server with the binaries pre installed or use steam cmd in windows servers

And if you have trouble with the steamCMD then report it on their github page... or it won't come out.
