Steam can't find master server?

As I enter ESF 1.1 and go into servers it tells me it couldn't contact master game server to retreieve server list PlZ help if u can!!! :cry: :cry: ;( :cry:

turn your firewall off and open the ports on your router ( if you have one ).

If the problem exists even after that, reinstall steam/halflife ~
