Exactly the reason I didn't opt in for the beta, I feel the same way.

Though you can record replays, rip to video and post on internet maybe considered warez if you signed the "i accept the bullsheet wrote above and install SCII".
BUT, if you record warez and post on somewhere not in video but yet in the SC 2 replay extention may not be considered warez...
So we can download SC 2 on torrent sites and crack/workaround just to watch them since we can't play :|

I think you can even download SC2 on the official Blizzard site, you're just unable to play it.

Anyways, you should be fine, RT. There are already a bunch of videos, screenshots, and even live streams.

According to my google fu, it is the sequel to some 1998 RTS that got pretty popular in the eastern parts of Asia. They're so crazy bout it, they even treat it like a real sports game!
