You use a 3D modelling program such as Milkshape3D to create the geometry yourself, map textures, then recompile.

So someone is actually kind enough to do YOUR work for you , and after a day or two you get impatient and actually demand it to be done already....

Anyways I'm pretty sure modeling is not just "start the program and *pouf* it's done" so if you don't even know which program to use, you sure as hell won't be able to do it yourself right away. I would suggest to look up some tutorials on it, or actually be patient when someone spends time to help you or do it for you.

But that's just my 2 cents....

Use Milkshape: take SSJ Goku's hair and switch them with your model's hair. Or even better... ask Doormat to do that for you, lol.
