Well, you need to work with your drawing and your digital graphics it looks like. Filters aren't bad, but once you really start to learn the program is when you can make things good. I'd take those lines and arrow out of the image, and probably choose a different font. I'd also work more on the background, and have a focal point for the wallpaper, preferrably on the right hand side, because then it won't interfere with desktop icons that anyone has.

well, if the wps looks nice, exept the second one, you should replace the 3D thingy with something else, it doesnt fit.
and if i where you ( wich i aint duhh), dont take that tutorial JET do it later, first discover your own style, and stuff, then let the tuts help you on the spots you still need help.

and i can really c the tornade thingy, i looked about 10 secs, and i saw it... 0.o
