ssj 3 vegeta help

[ssj 4 gogetenks]

i know that vegeta doesn't go ssj 3 but im editing some models to make him. but i don't know how to weld the parts(i'm welding hair to head). i read D.C. Darkling's notes but it wouldn't work.
pleaz help me.

anyway, select the 2 vertexes that you want to weld, than go to vertexes -> weld together (first you have to do snap together)

well i zoom in all the way select the two vertexes then i press weld together nothing happens

ps when i try to upload the pic it says its not the right kind

please help
