It's possible to get a custom SSJ4 model from www.esf-world.com, but the team said they won't be adding SSJ4 as a transformation for the game, so you can look like SSJ4, but you won't be as strong as one or have the attacks of one. If you wanna make the attacks look right, you'll need to get the custom sounds/sprites for them, also from www.esf-world.com.
