Sprite Help needed

I saw that there isn't a sprite Area here.
But i always get the same error when i want to make a sprite animatede

How can i make the sprite animated, i know how but that error is keeping me away from my goal :'(

sprites are usually handled in the misc section, Ill go ahead and move it for you.

however, to provide you with a partial answer you just have to give all the frames the same exact color pallette, Ive had to do this in the past w/ sprites i just dont recall exactly how i did it.

fiddle around in the color tables, i know it has something to do with that

I figured out how to make the colors EXACTLY the same. But still the error ill try it again.
Can i send the photoshop files to a spriter here that can see what's wrong?

After your first frame of the animation, when you turn it into index colours choose previous from the list. Save and it should work =]

FFS didnt work, i didn't see previous i only saw Premiers or something like that, so that's what i used.

You must use previous, its at the very bottom of the list >_> failing using the "previous" setting what you'll have to do is save the pallete for the sprite and apply that pallette to every frame. The pallettes have to be identical, that is only done using previous or loading a common palette.
