Spirit bomb causing a Crash?

Ok well i'm not sure if this is the problem but my game normalily runs ok unless somebody uses a spirit bomb which makes the game crash so does anybody know where i could get a new maybe custom sprite file for the spirit bomb?

change your video mode to open GL or Direct3d

start at the main ESF menu, configuration, video, video modes, then openGL or Direct3d.

if your videocard doesn't support OpenGL or D3D, make "cl_fxquality 0" in your startup of ESF (for example in autoexec.cfg)
