Agreed, I don't really like the eye. The rest of it looks good.

Truth be told, the layout, brushing, animation, render manipulation, and everything else, is pretty much horrible.

My only recommendation is that read some tutorials until you get the feel of making GFX. Pixel2life is probably your best bet on all range GFX tutorials, good luck in the future.
