Sound Files Need fixin

Okay i dled this pack off of hl2 files and to my surprise the trans and scream files do not work. So i converted them into wav. files and no luck in making it work(since they're originally mp3's). The sound author is anonomous(Spelling) or i just missed something in the readme. So i'm askin if someone could possibly fix this files so i can enjoy transforming in the evil majin vegeta.
