Someone who has Flash...

Since I don't own Flash I need help for a little animation that needs to be made from flash. It should be an easy task but I need this logo to be able to change it's hue under 5 seconds in a loop. I want to use it as a banner so... ;o

You sure it can't be done with Adobe Image Ready?/Photoshop?

it does export .swf's going to have to play with settings though to get what ur looking for.
