some1 got a direktory called gfx/vgui/fonts becouse its says that some stuff is missing there in thet direktory so plz help me what should i do???!!!!

i have fix it so now i can play but when i it loading then its just jump out plz help me!

If you have any custom files, save them, and then re-install ESF. You don't have to uninstall it, if you just click on the exe again, it will refill the missing files.

have fix it so now i can play but when i it loading then its just jump out plz help me!

when you say "jump out", do you mean crashes and goes back to desktop?
If you do, try changing your rendering mode to opengl.
