your biggest problem is proportions.
your second biggest is that you don't understand how planes work.
it's important to learn how to form the basic shapes involved in your characters, and their underlying structure. otherwise they will always look haphazzard, and off balance.
also, you don't seem to grasp character placement within an environment.
when drawing references, place the feet shoulder width apart. you're supposed to model a character in a natural position, not in a stretched out one that they would never achieve.
