My feeble attempt at trying smudging... again. It looks better, I think.

The first signature is a bit dark, but looks really nice.
And I am in love with the second signature, but it would look even better if you would take the entire signature(minus the text), flatten it, Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur 4.0 and then Edit>Fade Gaussian Blur...>Soft Light. You could then (but this is only a personal preference) sharpen it once more, that might look somewhat better. But I definitly suggest to blur&blend it. It gives that extra Roy Mustang feeling to it.

You can of course try something else than Soft Light, but it will probably look best on this signature.

I wish this forum had a darker skin, because that sig would look even more incredible.

Looks a lot better, but like Lith said, make the text a bit sharper, other than that, it's one of the better signatures I've seen in some while.

noo dont sharp the already sharp edges.. make it a bit more blurry.. especially the hair of the render. Also blur Roy's chin some more.. its too sharp.
