You must add the rain in a gfx-prgram (PS for example) after you've colored or didn't colored it.
First of all, you must make the sketch clean.

Proportions are things you can look up everywhere. That's a very easy point to practice at.

Fair enough, I shall. This is done with PS8 though, so Its gonna be easy to erase. And if you can't see grass, better erase that as well =P.

So this is pure tabletwork? If so, you might work it out on paper. Mostly it comes out way better than with a tablet.
