The best suugjestionI cal think of is real damage. It could be for certain things like if u get hit with a sword than you will have a slash thats all. maybey if you get hit with a max beam you have black stuff all over you and certain characters could have there shirts blown of :shocked: ooo good for the girls :) it doesnt seem that much worke exept for the modeling it would be simple coding

If meele 5 then model 3

meele 5 could be the trigger of being hit with a downward sword. model three could be the model with a slash.

Sounds good, but theyalready said no visual damage to characters

It would be too much work. Visual damage like this requires additional models. That means a damaged version for all the ones that are going to be included in the next release, which is over 24. You would have over 72 models if this idea were put to work. I doubt the team's modelers and skinners want to go through all the trouble of making so many damaged models....


And because its too much work, thats not really needed the team has already decided that battle damaged models arent going to be a feature in ESF.

It has already been suggested many times in the past as well.
