Skining help

i need skinnig tutorials.... more tuts i will get more happy i will be
but seriuosly i need some because that one in mega modeling and skining thread is broken... so please people help me :scared:

its ran by a guy named ben mathis, he uses that name on forums and stuff (only god knows why).

I can imagine he hates mentioning the link to his portfolio to potential employers =P

Since I'm going to be making models and maps soon, what are some good programs?

I'm going to make the Devil May Cry places and characters.

goodluck at it and enjoy while your doing it all,
nway the good programms are any programms, most guys here usw 3d studio max, milkshape 3D, some usw lightwave (include me) and some gmax and well decide it on ur own... anyway maps for hl should be done with valve hammer...

have fun, and skinning tuts are truelly not important, just learn the coloring rules and get a programm like bodypaint and photoshop
