looks good with the texture, dunno who it is, just know it's a naruto character lol, so i can't really say if it's accurate or not.
but it's certainly very "real" in comparison to anime styling. his top lip is very thin though, and he doesn't look asian enough at all.
also, i'm assuming you've gone for normalmaps as you posted a high poly version before. if that's the case, why are you rendering from what looks like fullbright settings? you're stopping them doing their job. you would benefit a lot from making a good specular map for him too.
a model im working on for personal project, trying to keep counts of every characte below 7500
( This one stands at 6400 or something, clothing all detachable to reveal nude model etc )

Be sure to think of proportions. A female body (well, alien female body, but I guess the anatomy will be about the same) with such a buffed up chest, will also have big buffed hips, thighs and buttocks.
Her ass and hips need to be a little bigger IMO for proportions. The hands look sick, I love the detail of the claws. Can you show a close-up of the new head? or is it an old one?
lol, zbrush/mudbox without a tablet is like... don't even bother >_<

well in zbrush3 you got the lazy mouse option which lets you do very acurate stuff with the mouse.
hm i might check mudbox out too if i can find it xD
