movento: Its too pasty, for a realism skin, you really need to work hard with MANY different colour tones, as well as minute but important facial details, like pores and freckles.

Its better what I can do though =)

Just like dendza said, fix the eyebrow, make it like a thin line.
I'm also not getting the boob feeling for some reason =/ I think the shirt starts a bit too low maybe.
But it's definatly a big improvment =] good work
