First off, im running esf 1.2.3 not 1.3. Whenever i summon the dragon, he comes out, says what he has to say, but how do you make the choice. i heard a selection screen should come up, but no such thing did, so i just went on playing, sky black and shenron in my way.

Lol, go the dragon balls, look at them, press B (Use) and then the selection screen for your wishes show up and you press a button from 1-7 IDK to choose your wish.

In ESF the menu appears right after the dragon. In ECX you need to look at the dragonballs again and press the USE button (default B) after the dragon is done talking. That will bring up the ECX wish menu.
