Set up Hammer 3.4?

Hey can someone tell me how to set up Hammer 3.4 for ESF mapping?

Go to help(In hammer, left ontop), select help topics and then there's EVERYTHING you need, well atleast I think so, or just simply google search it, that's very useful.
