I have some questions on servers that made on the computer.
1) What is the different between open server with HLDS and open server in the game (in "Create Server")?
2) When I run the HLDS from Steam, it's doesn't show me ESF, what's the problem? (someone tells me that I should install Condition Zero, and after that I should install a patch for Condition Zero, is this related to ESF?).
Thank for the helpers.

1. A dedicated server is a type of server that doesn't need you to play or be in the game to host the server.
2. ESF requires Half-Life.

OK, but still:
about the first question- How do I get in server that I created with HLDS?
about the second question- I have half life, and the game works with server from the "find servers", but HLDS doesn't show ESF in the list of games.

Are you sure you installed ESF to the correct directory?
He had to have installed it correctly, or he wouldn't be able to launch it.

Are you using the dedicated server built into Steam, or the standalone version?
