So I'm trying to get a decent standalone server set up for ECX/bigpack. I want to know how I can make it so that when players in-game can do things like type timeleft and have it showup/announce to said player. Is this a plugin or something I have to set up myself? I don't exactly understand how all the files effect the server and what cvars do differently then just changing the target under the shortcuts properties. I'm still learning and curious about how everything works so any extra information would be awesome.
