Well this is what I got from my thick skull head:
When you turn on turbo..you can't freakin change to ssj so why not you have a semi ssj...Meaning when you turn on turbo you press ascend and you go ssj but once your ssj you have turbo on until you descend..there is no button to descend..it depends on your Ki! So like your turbo is on so you burn some ki and when you run out you go back to Saiyan

its kinda a good idea. but the turbo is power your pl a little big.. so.. it would be spammed

You obviously don't know your DBZ In the Cell saga, when Goku and Gohan were training in the Time Chamber, Goku told Gohan that he couldn't go SSJ by raising his PL.

and you cant fo ssj when you have a sertan powerlevel
