Salt Water Aquarium

Hello all i am starting a salt water aquarium and i was wondering if anyone has one and could give me tips...it is 55 gallons and is in it's cycle stage with a few damsels... if u can just tell me some things that others did wrong so i dont and maybe tell me what kinds of rock formations are good. (live fake etc...)

Give your fishes plenty of places to hide, and keep it sparkling clean. Thats pretty much it

him also...i have 2 damsels for cycling the tank that i am worried about...(10 in all) one does not eat and does not move around alot...they are both striped...the other is colored odd... not as white more greyish...plz help...that one seems to be doing fine thought. the one that is not eating has maybe 3 little little dots on its black stripe...it might be nothing but i dont know... Also i was wondering how far away my heater should be from the filter...about 1 and 1/2 to 2 feet away now...
